Klondex Mines Ltd. Appoints New Director

| | Vancouver, British Columbia: Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: KDX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of John Pollock to its board of directors. Mr. Pollock is a professional engineer (mining) with over 50 years experience in the mineral exploration business. He was a founder and former president and chief executive officer of Jonpol Explorations Limited and Northway Explorations Limited (now Caspian Energy Ltd.), both of which are listed on the TSX. He is currently the president and chief executive officer of Newstrike Resources Ltd., a junior mining company, and a director of Wolfden Resources Corp. (TSX: WLF) and Aurelian Resources Inc.. (TSX-V: ARU).
