William J. Solloway Position: Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO and Member of Audit and Compensation Committees
Barrister/Solicitor; Investor; Corporate Director.
President of Klondex Mines Ltd. since 1997
Mr. Solloway manages his family's extensive mining and oil properties and interests in many natural resource public companies in Canada and abroad.
He practiced law with Buell, Ellis, Sargent & Russell, then joined Canadian Bechtel and worked for Trans Mountain Pipeline and Westcoast Transmission projects. He was employed by the Union Tank Car Co. as an acquisition lawyer and founded Colorguard Corporation, a manufacturer of coated steel wire products in N.J. He was a principal in Charles Jacquin et Cie Inc. distillers of Philadelphia; White Shield Corporation, Minbanco Corporation, Camino Gold Mines, Standard Forms Inc. and The Marshal Plan, money managers affiliated with CALPERS in California. Having invested in the early equity of Klondex Mines Ltd., he became President in 1997 shortly before the death of Klondex's founder.
Mr. Solloway earned his Bachelor of Arts and Faculty of Law degrees from the University of British Columbia and became a member of Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

| | | Blane W. Wilson Position: President, COO and Director
Blane Wilson has over 24 years of experience managing milling and processing operations. Mr. Wilson is Chief Operating Officer of Golden Eagle International, Inc. where he has served on their Technical Advisory Board since February of 2008 and has advised the Company on various projects involving the Gold Bar mill.
Previously, Mr. Wilson served as Corporate Operations Manager for Queenstake Resources USA's Jerritt Canyon gold mine north of Elko, Nevada. Since 1981, the Jerritt Canyon mine has produced over 8 million troy ounces of gold. At the Jerritt Canyon, Mr. Wilson oversaw a $33 million annual budget and managed a workforce of 154. Over his 19 year tenure at Jerritt Canyon, Mr. Wilson advanced to increasing levels of responsibility in positions including: Mill Foreman, Process Superintendent and Process Manager.

| | | Jorge Avelino Position: Chief Financial Officer since July 2004
Mr. Avelino is a financial consultant who also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Universal Uranium Ltd. Mr. Avelino has a Business Administration degree from the University of Ateneo and a CGA background with over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience in both private and public sectors.
Since 1986 Mr. Avelino has dealt with start-up ventures and public companies involved in the resource sector and high tech enterprises. Mr. Avelino also deals with pre-exploration companies listed with the SEC. Prior to dealing with public companies, Mr. Avelino was the general accountant for a Vancouver manufacturing & retail company in the forest industry. He has served as a director or officer of various public companies, and brings a broad range of experience to the management team.

| | | Brendan Donohoe Position: Treasurer since 1997; Director since 2007
Mr. Donohoe has had a career in senior management positions in the restaurant and hotel industry. In addition he has managed his own real estate development business covering all aspects of finance and contracting.

| | | Bryson Goodwin Position: Director, Investor Relations
Bryson Goodwin is both an accomplished entrepreneur and management executive with over 15 years of experience across communications, finance, marketing and sales. In addition to a successful track record in building and selling private companies, he has deep expertise in developing investor outreach and perception campaigns that have created substantial shareholder value for resource companies.
Most recently Bryson served as Managing Director of Synergy Capital Advisors, an investor relations and strategic corporate advisory firm focused on resource and technology companies. At Synergy, he played instrumental roles in capital raising efforts, including a $10 million round that was completed in the bottom of the 2008/2009 market crash. Previously, he was a senior relationship manager at Ascenta Capital, where he directed Investor Relations and financial consulting programs for several resource companies. Bryson maintains a very strong network of investment community relationships in North America, Asia and Europe that he brings to his role at Klondex. He is undertaking a very active and aggressive program of investment community outreach, to bring the Klondex exploration/production story to the attention of resource investors in key global investment markets.

| | | James L. Balagna III Position: Senior Geologist
In March 2007, Klondex appointed James L. Balagna III, B.A. as senior geologist and manager of the underground development program. Mr. Balagna has 18 years of mining experience in Northern Nevada having worked for Glamis Gold, FirstMiss Gold, Rayrock Mines and Placer Dome. He earned his geology degree from the University of Colorado.

| | | Robert Sibthorpe Position: Technical Director
Geological consultant (MBA, B. Sc (Geol)); director of several public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture.
Mr. Sibthorpe has had extensive experience in the mineral exploration sector working in geology and business development with senior mining companies including Noranda, Falconbridge and Ivanhoe Mines. He also served as a research and corporate finance analyst in the securities industry for Midland Doherty Ltd., Yorkton Securities Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corp.
Since becoming a Geological Consultant, he has served on a number of exploration and development company Board of Directors and is currently a Director of Madison Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: MMR) and Oromin Resources (TSX.V: OLE).
Mr. Sibthorpe earned his Bachelor of Science in Geology (1972) and a Masters of Business Administration (1979) from the University of Toronto.

| | | Richard Kern Position: Consulting Geologist (MinQuest) and Director
Mr. Kern is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America and Australia. He has been involved in major discoveries in the Western U.S. and Australia. Mr. Kern is currently the president of MinQuest, Inc. and prior to joining MinQuest he has held management level positions in companies such as North Mining, Inc., Homestake Mining Company, and Superior Oil . His experience includes establishing base and precious metal exploration programs for North America with an emphasis on Western U.S., Mexico, Honduras and Panama. He has also managed major gold and copper exploration programs in W . U.S., Australia, Mexico, and Ecuador with minor work in New Guinea, Malaysia, China and Fiji.
Mr. Kern has proven success in developing various mining ventures. He has a Masters of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University in Geology. In addition, he is an author of several publications in economic Geology.

| | | Ronald Shorr, CFA Position: Director
In May 2007, Klondex appointed Ronald Shorr, CFA to the Board of Directors. Mr. Shorr has over 30 years of experience in the precious metals industry. He is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Maudore Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: MAO). Mr. Shorr is also a director of: Resinco Capital Partners (TSX: RIN) and Tournigan Energy Corporation (TSX-V: TVC). He has extensive experience on Wall Street as senior mining analyst with Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Shorr is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a graduate of the University of Michigan, earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and did post-graduate work at Columbia University's Henry Crumb School of Mines.

Businessman. Retired oil executive.
Officer of Klondex Mines Ltd. from 1997 to present.
Mr. Baker is a self-employed business owner and has been an officer and director of Klondex Mines Ltd. for more than nine years. Prior to this time, Mr. Baker was an executive in the oil and gas industry, heavy equipment, construction materials, real estate and property management.
