Jorge Avelino
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Avelino is a financial consultant who also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Universal Uranium Ltd. Mr. Avelino has a Business Administration degree from the University of Ateneo and a CGA background with over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience in both private and public sectors.
Since 1986 Mr. Avelino has consulted with start-up ventures and public companies involved in the resource sector and high tech. Mr. Avelino also serves pre-exploration companies registered with the SEC. Prior to starting his public company affiliations, Mr. Avelino was the general accountant for a Vancouver manufacturing & retail company in the forest industry. He has served as a director or officer of various public companies, and brings a broad range of experience to the management team.

Richard Kern
Position: Consulting Geologist (MinQuest)
Mr. Kern is a Professional Geologist who oversees Klondex's surface exploration efforts. He has over 25 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration in the U.S., Central America, South America and Australia. He has been involved in major discoveries in the Western U.S. and Australia. Mr. Kern is currently the president of MinQuest, Inc. and prior to joining MinQuest he has held management level positions at North Mining, Inc., Homestake Mining Company, and Superior Oil. His experience is focused on executing base and precious metal exploration programs in North America with an emphasis on Western U.S., Mexico, Honduras and Panama. He has also managed major gold and copper exploration programs in Australia, Mexico, and Ecuador as well as some exploration consulting in New Guinea, Malaysia, China and Fiji.
He has a Master's of Science Degree in Geology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University in Geology and is an author of several publications in economic Geology.
