Andre Douchane Position: Director
Andre Douchane has extensive experience in managing and developing mines in Nevada. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Douchane was the General Manager and Vice President of Round Mountain Gold Corp. in Round Mountain, Nevada. From 1991 to 1995, he was Vice President of Operations for Battle Mountain Gold and President, Battle Mountain North America, where he was responsible for six mining operations worldwide. From 1996 to 2001 he was Vice President, Operations for Franco Nevada and Euro Nevada and responsible for putting together the team that permitted, designed, engineered, developed, constructed, and managed the operations for the companies' Midas Joint Venture's Ken Snyder mine, a high-grade underground gold mine and mill in Nevada (with similar geologic characteristics to Klondex's Fire Creek). Mr. Douchane is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and is currently Chairman of the Board of North American Palladium Ltd., President, CEO and director of Starfield Resources Inc, and a director of Osisko Mining Corporation. Robin E. Goad, M.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Director
Mr. Goad is a professional geologist with nearly 30 years of experience in the mining and exploration industries on a global basis. Mr. Goad is President and CEO of Fortune Minerals Limited (TSX: FT), a diversified resource company developing a metallurgical coal mine in British Columbia, a gold-cobalt-bismuth-copper mine in the Northwest Territories and a metal concentrates refinery in Saskatchewan. Prior to founding Fortune Minerals, he worked for major mining companies and as a consultant to mid-tier and junior resource companies. Mr. Goad is a director of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Chamber of Mines and serves as a director of Andor Mining Inc. (Updated 7/21/11)

Warren Moysey Position: Director
From 1962 to 1990, Mr. Moysey was at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, with his last position as director and one of three presidents of the bank. Subsequently, he held senior positions at numerous financial institutions, including being Chair and CEO of CI Mutual Funds Inc. from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Moysey is currently a member of the Independent Review Committee of Toronto Dominion Asset Management Inc. and a director of a TDAM Mutual Fund. Mr. Moysey graduated as the Toronto Gold medalist in 1961 in the Commerce and Finance program at the University of Toronto. William J. Solloway Position: Chairman of the Board
Mr. Solloway manages his family's extensive mining and oil properties and interests in many natural resource public companies in Canada and abroad. He practiced law with Buell, Ellis, Sargent & Russell, then joined Canadian Bechtel and worked for Trans Mountain Pipeline and Westcoast Transmission projects. He was employed by the Union Tank Car Co. as an acquisition lawyer and founded Colorguard Corporation, a manufacturer of coated steel wire products in N.J. He was a principal in Charles Jacquin et Cie Inc. distillers of Philadelphia; White Shield Corporation, Minbanco Corporation, Camino Gold Mines, Standard Forms Inc. and The Marshal Plan, money managers affiliated with CALPERS in California. Mr. Solloway was an early investor in Klondex and its predecessor. Mr. Solloway earned his Bachelor of Arts and Faculty of Law degrees from the University of British Columbia and became a member of Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Kenneth Stowe Position: Lead Director
Mr. Stowe has over 35 years of mining industry experience, the last 12 of which were with Northgate Minerals Corporation. He retired as President, CEO and a Director of Northgate in July 2011. Mr. Stowe spent the first 21 years of his career at Noranda in various operational, R&D and corporate roles. He previously served as VP, Technology at Diamond Fields Resources, overseeing the feasibility study of the Voisey's Bay nickel-copper deposit. Upon Voisey's Bay's acquisition by Inco, Mr. Stowe joined Westmin Resources (subsequently acquired by Boliden) as VP, Operations to startup the Lomas Bayas copper mine in Chile. He then joined Northgate to re-launch the Company through the turnaround of the struggling Kemess South copper-gold mine. Mr. Stowe led Kemess South to become one of the lowest cost gold mines in the world. Mr. Stowe was the recipient of the prestigious Canadian Mineral Processor of the Year Award in 2006. Mr. Stowe is also a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. Mr. Stowe holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. (Updated 7/26/11)

Mr. Williams is a professional engineer and was a highly ranked institutional equity analyst with 11 years of investment research experience covering the gold and precious metals sector. Prior to this, he was a Senior Gold Analyst and eventually the Head of Investment Banking at Blackmont Capital Inc. Mr. Williams received both his Bachelor of Engineering in Mining in 1989 and his MBA in Finance and Accounting in 1993 from McGill University.
